○は確かに受け取っています。同じ注文番号で2回目に出荷された○と○について問い合せているんですが、私の注文をちゃんと調べていただいてますか。
日本に到着した事が確認できるトラッキングナンバーが知りたいのです。日本に到着しているといわれても番号○でわ追跡できないのでこちらでは何もできません。
