Ａから発送連絡がありましたが、私はまだ商品を受け取っていません。Ｂにトラッキングナンバーを尋ねても返事がありません。Ｂが本当に商品を発送したのかどうかを知りたいです。もしＢが商品を発送しておらず、在庫がないのなら、返金を要求します。
