・既に登録されているメールアドレスでのユーザー登録ができないようにする（アラートも表示）
・AAA.phpのタイトルを文章内容の先頭から20文字までにする(下記のサイトのように）

1つの機能変更につき、50ドル、あわせて100ドルで対応して頂けませんか？（支払いはPaypalで）
どちらか1つの対応でも構いません。
対応が可能な場合は支払い先のメールアドレスを教えてください。

また対応が難しい場合は断って頂いて構いません

1. Disable user registration whose e-mail address was already registered (with displaying alert)
2. Limit the title of AAA.php within 20 characters from top of content
