太郎ショップの太郎で御座います。
ご注文頂いておりますお品物ですが、受取人不在の為、そちらのお国の郵便局で長期保管されていたようです。
その後、弊社に返品されてきております。
現在、商品の状態を確認しておりますが、箱に痛みが御座います。
再度、商品を交換し2~3日中に送らせていただく予定で御座います。
(在庫がない場合は返金いたします)
※申し訳ございませんが、次回、受け取り不能で返品されて来た際のご返金には応じかねますのでご了承下さいませ。

This email is concerning the goods you ordered. It seems that the post office in your country had been keeping custody of them for a long time as there had been no one home to receive them.
After that, they were returned back to us.
I am currently checking the condition of the items but there is damage to the box.
Once again, I plan to replace the items and get them sent off within 2~3 days.
(I will issue a refund if they are not in stock)
