・割れたガラスがオルゴールの機械の隙間に侵入した可能性がある為、オルゴールを全て分解する必要がある（ガラスが少しでも機械部分に残っていた場合オルゴールが正常に動作しない可能性がある）
・ガラスの交換は木枠をばらす必要があり、木枠をばらすと塗装をもう一度し直す可能性がある。

ガラスの交換だけと思っていたが、そうではなかった。
数万円の修理費用は高く君は払えないので、私は商品の返品を希望する

I have asked music box repair shop about repairing cost.
It can be cost about few ten thousand yen.

Repair Shop Explanation
- Because The broken glass may be go into gap of music box machine, therefore have to disassemble all of music box ( In case that a little part left in music box it cannot work properly)
- Changing glass it have to took out the wood frame, and if took it out it may have to painting again.

- I thought it just only change the glass, but it doesn't.
few ten thousand yen is expensive and you cannot afford it, I hope that you will have your return good.

it may have to painting ------> to paint

it only change the glass, but it doesn't ------> it should BE only TO change the glass, but it WASN'T.

I hope that you will have your return good -----> Doesn't mean the writer is wishing to return.

to の後ろにingや過去形（past tense)を持ってきたり、be 動詞なのかregular verb なのかわからなかったり、基本ができていません。
