冒頭部部分は、We are deeply sorry for inconvenient that we madeでなく、for THE INCONVENIENCEとするのが正しいですね(^^)　また、「教えて頂くまで」ということで、つまり「指摘された」こと、過去形なのでuntil you MENTIONED itが正しいですね、多分ここはケアレスでしょう。
その他は特に重大なミスはなく、個人的にこうした方が自然かなぁ、と思った程度に添削したのでご参考までにどうぞ。
でも全体的に意味は通じるので、良いとは思います(^^)
