木彫りの龍や動物たち。美しい配色も見事だと思います。色は漆を使っています。赤色だけで４００㎏使っています。大変高価なので、今ではこういうものは創ることができません。貴重な建築物です。高さは１７.５ｍです。

どうぞ、上のほうをご覧ください。立派なお墓がご覧いただけますか？あれは江戸時代の徳川家のお墓です。

階段を上がって、大堂へ移動します。足元に気をつけてください。右手の古い建物は経蔵（きょうぞう）です。今から230年前、江戸時代に建てられました。

Only a specially-skilled carpenter was able to build this.
The color combination of carved dragon and the animals on the wooden panel are work of art.
It is colored with lacquer and 400kg in amount was used just for red. Since the lacquer is very valuable, things like this can never be made today.
It is a precious architecture and the height is 17.5m.

Please look upward. Can you see the lordly grave up there? It is the grave of Tokugawa family in the Edo period.

Let’s go up the stairs and move on to the Dai-dou (Big Hall). Please watch your step. The old architecture on your right is Kyo-zou (a library of religious texts).
It was built 230 years ago in the Edo period.
