私は御社に今まで何度かこの商品を日本に送ってもらっています。
今まで問題があると言われたことはありませんでした。
以前のデータを確認してください。
販売者にも確認しましたが、輸入禁止品のパールは使用されていないとのことでした。
もし御社がこの商品を日本に送れないのであれば、
私は今後、他の転送会社を今後利用しなければなりません。
もしくは販売者に直接日本に送ってもらう必要があります。
データを修正してくれることを願います。

I have used your company to send this product to Japan a few times before.
There has not been problems on those occurences.
Would you kindly check the data for the past deliveries?
I have checked with the distributor, but pearls that have been banned for import are not used in this product.
If your company is not able to deliver this product to Japan,
I will have to use another fowarding agent from now on.
Or otherwise, there will be the neccesity for the distributor send the product directly to Japan.
I hope that you will correct the data.
