Dear yamahaya88102012,

Hi,

today i got the item i bought from you.
But the item is partially damaged. The a button works perfectly also the sound and light works that is connected to this button. But the b button got a loose connection and the lights in the upper part of the wand that should light up when i press it does not work. There was nothing written about it in the description of the item. I want some of my money back, i would say 50 €.

本日、そちらの商品を受け取りました。
しかし、商品が一部壊れていました。ボタンは問題なく動き、このボタンに連動している音とライトもちゃんと動作します。しかし、ボタンが緩くなっていて、ボタンを押したときに棒の上部のライトが光るはずですが、それが光りません。商品の説明にはこのことが書かれていませんでした。50 €ほど返金して頂きたいです。
