私は御社と何度もやりとりをして1 Jun 2013 16:06のメールでアカウント情報に問題が
ないとメールを頂きました。その為安心していましたので今回の件はビックリしました。（補足箇所添付有）

My account has been deleted as I could not finish about supplement of the account within the deadline, however, I have been contacting your company many times, and I have informed that there is no problem on my account information by email I received on 1 Jun 2013 16:06. It would be great if you can point out the lacking part of my registration information.

わかりやすい文です。ただ、↵
finish about は　finishが他動詞として使用する場合がほとんどなので、aboutはつけないほうがいいと思います。↵

それとhoweverは接続詞にもなりますが、その場合は意味が違って使われ大体は副詞として使われます。butという意味では使われにくいのではないでしょうか。↵
使うなら;however とセミコロンをつけて使ったほうがいいと思います。↵
