Rag & Bone will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. After 30 days, no refund of any kind will be issued.
All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

rag & bone gift cards are non refundable.

Please note: We only process returns and exchanges that were purchased via the online store. Garments purchased at any rag & bone boutique must be returned to any rag & bone boutique.
Garments purchased from department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased

ラグ＆ボーンは商品購入日から30日以内でしたら当該取引の際あなたが支払った方法で支払った金額を返金する意思があります。30日経過後は返金を行いません。返品や交換のため返送される商品は洗っていなく、着用していなく、使用されていない元の状態で領収書と商品札がついた状態でなければなりません。

ラグ＆ボーンの贈答券は払戻しできません。

オンラインショップで購入した商品に限り返品や交換をしますので注意してください。ラグ＆ボーンのブティックで購入した衣類は当該ブティックに返品しなければなりません。デパートや専門店で購入した衣類は購入した所に返品しなければなりません。
