当店が送った商品が破損していたそうで、大変ご迷惑をお掛けしました。
発送時には問題はありませんでしたので、輸送中の破損と考えられます。
輸送会社にご連絡をしましたが、残念ながらお届けからご連絡までの時間が掛かりすぎている為、弁償が出来ないとの返事を貰いました。
そこで、ご提案させて下さい。
返送するにも料金が発生します。
壊れた商品を戻されても双方に利益はありません。
そこで、半額を返金させて戴きますので、
それで納得して戴けませんか?

When it was shipped, there was no issue, so we can assume that it was damaged during transit.
I contacted the transportation company, but unfortunately, they told me that they cannot pay for the damage as too much time has passed before the incident was reported.
So here is my suggestion.
You would have to pay shipping to return it.
None of us will benefit if the damaged product is returned.
So I will make a 50% refund, could we close the case?
