当店が送った商品が破損していたそうで、大変ご迷惑をお掛けしました。
発送時には問題はありませんでしたので、輸送中の破損と考えられます。
輸送会社にご連絡をしましたが、残念ながらお届けからご連絡までの時間が掛かりすぎている為、弁償が出来ないとの返事を貰いました。
そこで、ご提案させて下さい。
返送するにも料金が発生します。
壊れた商品を戻されても双方に利益はありません。
そこで、半額を返金させて戴きますので、
それで納得して戴けませんか?
