一文目はあまり問題なさそうですが、個人的にはwe will explain our purposes either on the website or our (products) catalogとした方が簡単と思ったのと、
二文目も、customer personal information→personal information of our customersなどとなる事、for the purposes which ARE NOT mentioned in the noticeが正しいはずです。書かれた文では、Does notは使えないと思います。
