You are so welcome to be our Japan market seller.

To be a distributor, we would like you to accept the warranty term as following:
Service your users for one year warranty, including basic technical support, replacement, returns.
We would supply the replacement units, devices as you need, the RMA would come with your following order shipment under you previously request.

To order the product, first of all you should send me a order request email, I would reply with an invoice including all the payment and shipping information.
Then you should pay the invoice, as long as we have your payment, the cargo would be shipped out within 12 hours.

代理店になるためには、下記の認可条件を承認してください：
1年間は御社のユーザーに対して、基本的な技術サポート・交換・返品を含めた1年間の保証期間を提供してください。
御社が必要な場合は、当社は交換ユニットや装置を提供します。御社が前もって要求してくだされば、御社の次回注文品の出荷と一緒にRMA（商品返品確認番号）をお送りします。

製品を注文するには、まずメールで注文請求をお送りくだされば、支払い金額と出荷情報を掲載したインボイスをお送りいたします。
インボイスに対するお支払いをしていただき、支払いを受領後12時間以内に、貨物を出荷するように致します。
