I have contacted DHL as you requested . I need to know whether you want insurance on the shipment . I also have to fill out a bunch of paperwork for customs . You will also be charged a $15 fee from them as I am not a customer of theirs . This is alot more than what was discussed . We do not ship these internationally and you are asking me to break my contract . I will do this one time but not again . You should have completed these processes as I did not charge you any shipping fees to make up for the time I am spending trying to get this handles .

また、関税の手続きの為にこちらで記入しなければならない書類も多く、そして私は彼ら（*恐らくDHL）の顧客ではない為、そちらには$15支払って頂く必要があります。
これは我々が以前お話をさせて頂いた内容と著しく異なり、ご注文の品は海外発送の対象とは違いますのでそちらの要求はこちらからすれば契約違反です。
今回ばかりは見過ごさせて頂きますが、次は無いとお考え下さい。
これらの問題を処理するにあたってお待ち頂いている時間の埋め合わせとして発送料を請求しませんでしたが、手続きはそちらが事前に済ませておくべきものであるのではないかと思います。
