ほとんどの国のebayメンバーが、Unconfirmed addressしか持てないのです。というのは、Confirmed addressになるにはAddress Verification Systemに対応したクレジットカード会社のカードをPaypalに登録する必要があるのですが、現在、Address Verification Systemに対応しているのは限られた地域のカード会社のみです。日本のメンバーがConfirmed Addressになるのは難しいのです。
