伺いたいことがあってメールした次第です。
製品に付属していたACアダプターでは、日本でそのまま販売できないため、別途弊社で用意したものを使用しています。

充電しながら点灯するとわずかに光が点滅してしまいます。
技術的な知識がないため、理由がわかりません。
おそらくは御社のものと弊社のもので仕様が違うからだと思います。
御社のACアダプター：8.4V、1A
弊社のACアダプター：9V、1.3A

どういった理由からこのような現象が起こるのか、
何か対策出来ることはあるか、
上記二点を教えて下さい。

I'm mailing to ask you the following questions.

The AC adapter attached to the product cannot be sold in Japan, so we are using another AC adapter which we prepared on our side.

When it is lighted while recharging, a slight light is flickering.
I have no idea for this phenomenon as I lack in technical knowledge.
Probably it is because of defferent specifications beween your product and ours.
Your AC adapter: 8.4V、1A
Our AC adapter: 9V、1.3A

Please kindly advise me about the two points:
- Why such phenomenon occurs?
- Is there any countermeasure to solve this?
