伺いたいことがあってメールした次第です。
製品に付属していたACアダプターでは、日本でそのまま販売できないため、別途弊社で用意したものを使用しています。

充電しながら点灯するとわずかに光が点滅してしまいます。
技術的な知識がないため、理由がわかりません。
おそらくは御社のものと弊社のもので仕様が違うからだと思います。
御社のACアダプター：8.4V、1A
弊社のACアダプター：9V、1.3A

どういった理由からこのような現象が起こるのか、
何か対策出来ることはあるか、
上記二点を教えて下さい。

Japan has not the AC adapter attached with the product; therefore, use the other product provided by our company.

Light is on while charging and will be out gradually.

Since I have no such technical knowledge, I do not know the reason behind.

I am afraid the specification of your product is different from that of ours.

The AC adapter of your company: 8.4V, 1A.
Our AC Adapter: 9V, 1.3A.

What on earth will cause this phenomenon?
Does your company have any solution?
