何故なら、契約者がどの位のスキルが有るのか分からないからです

例えば、以前リサーチで契約した人は私が幾らリサーチ方法を教えても結果は私の望むものとは反するものでした。時間給ではどのような結果でも支払わなければなりません。よって私は少なくとも初回の仕事は固定価格での支払いに拘るのです

It has been two weeks already since I entered the contract with you but why the job have not seemed to get underway as I instructed? Can you list to eBay can’t you?

I have been paying a fixed remuneration for the first job order of newcomer because I have no idea about skills..

For example, my previous contractor was for researching but the job skill of that contractor was not develop to my expectation even I gave the detailed instructions how to do. If the remuneration is on hourly basis, I need to by hour even there is no job completed. This is way I made the remuneration fixed for the first time contractor.
