以前あなたに作ってもらったお人形のお顔がテカってしまって困っています。油取り髪でテカリを抑えても、数時間後には、またテカリます。絵具のがういてくるような感じです。パウダーをつけてももダメでした。首のあたりと腕が白くなっています。ミルクパウダーの白さではなく、ペイントが剥がれているみたいなのです。クリームをつけてもパウダーをつけても、どうしても取れません。お写真をお送りします。お手数をお掛けしますが、対処方法を教えてください。

I am worried about the face of doll you have sent me before because its face has become somewhat mirror like. I wiped the face with cosmetic oil absorbent paper but face will become like a mirror after a couple of hours. It is somewhat like the paint is oozing out. Powder could not effect anything. I seems the color around the neck and arms have been becoming whitish. Cleaning with cream and powder could remove that whitish color. I attach the picture herewith. Could you show me how I can remove those? I apologize for taking your time.
