Additional info: 経緯：海外デパートのオンラインショップで買い物しました。
このデパートは日本に直送できるのですが、送料が高かったので
今回はアメリカの転送業者を使用して個人輸入しました。
到着後、オンライショップで掲載されていた写真の色と全く違っており返品を希望しています。
その際に、アメリカの倉庫に送ってもらったけど今は日本に商品があるので
日本から返送したい旨デパートにメールしました。
日本からアメリカまでの返品の際にかかる国際送料返してほしいとメールしています。
