こんにちは。
米国外からアナタの商品を落札し米国の住所に送ってもらおうと思ったのですが、
paypalで支払おうとしたところ、"XXX"というエラーがでて支払いができません。
問い合わせたところ
「セラーにpaypalで直接請求書を送ってもらって支払いをするようしてもらうか、住所確認をしないように変更して貰ってください」
と言われました。
すみませんが直接請求書を送ってもらうか住所確認をしない事はできますか？
もし出来なければ支払いができませんので悪いのですがキャンセルして下さい。

Hello,
You won the bid for the merchandise from outside the US, and I would like to send it to your US address.
However, when I tried to pay you through paypal, an error "XXX" occurred, and I could not pay.
When I inquired into the problem, it said:
"You sent a direct claim document to Sera with Paypal, and whether or not payment seems to have been made, the address can't be confirmed, so change it."

The section in quotations should read more like "Please have the seller either send you the direct invoice and pay that way, or else have them change it to not confirming the address."
セラー is "seller"
直接請求書 is "direct invoice"
