度重なる質問すみません。
2点、聞きたいことがあります。

1. 私は日本人です。投稿やハッシュタグ、タイトルなどは日本語化できたのですが、
日本語のハッシュタグのリンク先をクリックすると該当する結果が0件になってしまいます。URLなどは正しいと思うのですが、なにかアドバイスいただけないでしょうか。(画像を添付)

2. ハッシュタグの検索窓で日本語で検索すると検索結果が文字化けします。修正したいのですがどのファイルが原因かわかりますか？

Allow my frequent questions.
I have two questions.

1. I'm Japanese. I can change posting, hashtag and title into Japanese. However, when clicking the link of hashtag in Japanese, no applcable research result is found. I believe that URL is correct. Could you kindly give me your advise on this problem? (The related photo is attached for your reference.)

2. When researching through a hashtag window in Japanese, the research result get garbled. Do you have any idea which file is causing this problem, so that I can fix it.
