あなたの口座に送金を行いたいのですが、私の取引している銀行の担当者が送金には送金先の方の「名前、住所、電話番号」が必要との回答でしたので、教えて下さい。

また、送金にはインボイスの提示が必要で、「商品名、商品単価、合計金額」が必要との事でしたので、簡単なインボイスを作成して頂けないでしょうか？（文章だけでも結構です）
