私は未使用の商品を返品しました。この場合Amazonの返品ポリシーでは、返送料を負担する事のみ求められます。返送料は私が支払っていますので、商品代金の全額が返金されるべきです。しかし、返金された金額は514.69ドルでした。この金額に関して出品者は10%の手数料を差し引いたと言っています。しかしながら、私はこの行為に納得する事は出来ない。商品代金は全額である571.88ドルが返金されるべきです。差額の57.19ドルの返還を求めます。
