通常誰もが陥りやすいパターンを持っている為、自己の持つパターンを参加者が認識する事は、その後の参加者の生活の中で参加者がそのパターンから抜け出す意図をもった際に有効ではないかという仮説を立ててワークショップを設計した。そして、参加者のその後のフィードバックで有効かどうかを判断する事となった。

Workshop was established based upon the hypothesis that for participants to identify their own liable patterns, which people usually have, would be efficient when participants intend to transcend them in thier daily life. And, we decided to judge its efficiency from thier feedbacks conducted afterward.
