今回の注文ですが、あなたが忙しく、すぐに在庫を集めて出荷の用意ができない場合、２回に分けるのも一案です。たとえば、今すぐに準備できるものを用意していただき、残りを2～3ヶ月後に運送するというような方法です。（代金の支払いも２回になりますが、運送の対象とならなかった商品をキャンセルするわけではありません。）
ただ、在庫が少なくなっている商品は、できるだけたくさん欲しいのです。
また、残りの半分を運ぶころには、また、注文商品が増えるかもしれません。
何かあれば、率直にお知らせください。

As for my latest order, here's my idea for shipment.
If you are too busy to collect all of my order from your stock, you may ship as many items as you can prepare at this moment, leaving the rest to ship a couple of months later. (In this case payment will be devided, however, it does not mean cancel of any items.)

Please note that I want as many of those running out of stock as possible.
By the time you ship the remaining items, there may be another order to add items.
