靴のオーダーの発注が少なかったのは、革靴の値段が高かったのでお客さんの反応が悪かった。できれば、スニーカーの方が販売しやすいと思います。また、スニーカーブランドとのコラボレーションだと、お客さんの反応がいい。最後に、パンツの発注ですが、今週・来週とお客さんが出張なので販売することができないので、3月後半にしか発注数が決まりません。基本的には、オーダーの反応がいい品番を選ぶようにします。
