Hi, so I was reading on ebay's FAQ about refunds, and I can't ship you the item yet until you respond to the 'case details' in the case that I opened up with you about the item. You're going to have to select that you refund me the full amount, and when that happens, THEN I can ship out the item back to you with the tracking number. Please let me know when you do that, thank you.
