私はこの週は最終日まで何も感じる事ができませんでした。
このまま終わってしまうのかと思いましたが、最終日に嗅覚が鋭くなりました。
特に芳香剤の匂いとか、動物の匂いに敏感になり、匂いの分子が鼻の中にしばらく存在していて、とても苦痛でした。普段はナチュラルな生活を心がけているので問題ないのですが、外出先での科学的な匂いは辛かったです。

I wasn't able to feel anything until the final day of the week.
As I thought it was going to end this way, my sense of smell became sharp.
Especially, I became sensitive to smells of air freshener and animals. their odor molecules got stuck in my nose for a while and it was painful. Ordinarily I keep in mind to live a natural life so it doesn't matter, but smelling scientific odor outdoors was a tough time.

Nice translation, just some of the sentences could have been worded better.
