私見ですが、この部分での日本の商習慣による考え方の違いは、非常に前田、山本共につらい部分です。これに対して日本独特の駆け引きもありますが、彼らは、この土壇場においてはすでに駆け引きはないように思います。この食い違いにつきましては、土地の売買という部分では今後も必ず生じる可能性があります。どう解決すべきが、私達にも方策が見いだせない状況です。
