商品代金を支払いをして、既に10日間になります。
なぜ、大阪市内にある靴の在庫が、お店にまだ届いていないのですか。
また、サンプルの件ですが、商談した際に商品輸送費用に関して話をしていませんでしたが、3~4点発送であれば、今回に関しては
輸送費用は無償して頂けると僕は認識していました。
現在、8点のサンプル発送の依頼は、取分け費用がかかるので、あなたが選んだ3~4点でいいので無償で発送して頂ける事は可能でしょうか。

How come the items which are in Osaka has not arrived at the store yet?
Regarding the sample products, we didn't talk about the shipping fee, but I thought it will be free this time since it's only 3-4 items.
Regarding the 8 pieces of the sample products, it will cost, so would you be able to send 3 or 4 pieces ( you can choose ) for free ?
