・前日入りしてください。
・仙台市、宮城県への表敬訪問を行う場合があります。招待状・手土産のご準備をお願いします。
・ステージ演奏時は、バイエルン地方の民族衣装の着用をお願いします。
・出演ステージの合間は、自由時間です。
・自由時間中は、第２会場での休憩や、軽い音楽でのお客様との交流もお願いします。

・会場裏手の簡易的な楽屋
・楽屋には、ウォーターサーバー
・宿泊ホテル（朝食付）、航空券、日本国内交通費、食費補助
・ステージ乾杯用ビール（200杯/10日間）
