いつもの電車に乗り損ねた。
もうすぐ次の電車が到着する。
席が空いてたので座れた。
なかなか出発しない。
座席は青色だ。ストライプの模様が入っている。
隣の男性は読み終わった新聞を席に置いて去っていった。
車内に広告がいくつか貼ってある。
乗客の何人かは寝ている。目を閉じているだけかもしれない。
乗客は座席の端に座りたがる。これは日本人だけかもしれない。
目的の駅に着いた。４番線に乗り換えが必要だ。
電車は時間通りにきた。
席が空いてなかったので立っていた。
ドアのそばに立つと寄りかかれるから楽だ。

English

I missed my usual train.
Soon the next one will arrive.
I found a vacant seat and took it.
The train won't leave.
The seat is blue with stripes.
The man next to me left his newspaper on the seat after finishing.
Some ads posted inside.
Some of the passengers are asleep. Maybe just closing their eyes.
People want to take a seat at the end. Maybe only Japanese do.
The train arrived at my station. I have to change trains on the Platform 4.
The train arrived on time.
No vacancy, so I stood.
It's easy standing by the door, leaning against it.
