What happened to こんにちは? =D

Anyway, I think the last two sentences can be combined to "Please inform me of the item’s height, length and width in centimetres." so the flow is more natural.

I like the translated of "貴方達はメーカーなので製品の正確な寸法を知っていると思うのですが？". =)

Eep, I don’t know how let that slip by. I think you’re probably right about the last two sentences, though I’ve generally tried to keep sentences that are on separate lines separate where possible... it’s a tough call.
