わざわざ２つのダンボールを１つにつなげて大きなダンボールにし、そこにびっしり商品がつめこんであった。重さは３０ｋｇ程あったと思う。緩衝材はダンボールの上部に少し入れてあるだけだった。配送物は割れ物なので丁寧に梱包するよう頼んでいたのに、あまりにもお粗末なやり方だった。もう1つのダンボールの中身は割れていなかったので、２つのダンボールを１つにするというような非常識なやり方をしなければ、私の商品は壊れなかったと思う。私はショックで商品を見る気も起らなかった。
The 2 cardboards were merged together into a big one and the product was closely packed in it. It weighted about 30kg. There were just a little bit of cushioning material in the upper part. Since the product was fragile I asked it to be dealt with precaution but it was very ill-prepared. The other cardboard content was not broken so if they had not merged the 2 cardboards into one (which is very unusual), my product shouldn't be broken. Due to the shock, I hadn't the motivation to look at the product either.
