Hello!
Just my personal opinion, I could be wrong, since I am new to this as well, but I think, to use another word to for "仕入れ" would be better as purchase simply just means buy. Secondly, as the requester used "発送可能な商品", perhaps the translation could be phrased better to emphasise the product . Perhaps, "is this a product available for shipping" or "is this a product that can be shipped" is better? =)

I checked the dictionary and it looks like it means to buy something in bulk..so some word along that line that implies that could be "stocking up", or maybe "wholesale"....? But if I did this translation, I think I would use "buy in bulk".
