I wish I had a document to show you, but since the order was canceled it doesn't show up in my history. I understand it might be YOUR policy to not charge a customer before you ship the item, but I believe it was amazon's system that took the money. I've waited for a couple of weeks to see if I'd be refunded, but no such luck. Thank you for taking the time to help me.
