Another sample was heated with an electric furnace equipped with a temperature programming function; it was heated to 900℃ with 2h, kept at that temperature for 8h, and, then, slowly cooled down to ambient temperature with 10h. In this way, the sample gained enough oxygen.
□Meissner effect (at liquid N2 temperature)
Meisner effect was not observed for sample A, but sample B showed the effect.
□Crystal structure analyses
Due to deficiency of oxygen, sample A was found to be tetragonal with a-axis = b-axis.
Sample B, which contained much oxygen due to long treating time with slow cooling, had non-equivalent a-axis and b-axis, and showed a phase of orthorhombic crystal.
