先日、購入したチェンソーにガソリンが残っていたため転送会社から日本へ送れず、商品を返品しましたが、まだその返金を受けていません。
また、このたび購入した商品の中にもオイル漏れのため日本へ発送できないものが4ピースあり、これらも返品しますので、併せて返金していただきたいと考えています。このとき返品の送料を負担していただきたいのですが可能でしょうか。
そして私は今後もあなたがたから商品を買いたいので、このようなトラブルがないようにして欲しいと考えています。よろしくお願いします。

There was gasoline left in the chainsaw I bought the other day, so the forwarding company could not send it to Japan. I returned the item but have not received refund yet.
Also, there are 4 pieces which spilled oil among the ones I bought this time, I'll return them as well so I'd like you to refund altogether. Will you please bear the return shipping cost for that?
And as I want to keep buying items from you, I don't want such troubles anymore.
