Message delivered, but with some issues

1. Consuption of battery is expanded
   -> Sounds weird

2. A function of WIFI
   -> You would rather say just WIFI

Also, the whole sentence doesn't make sense as each issue is not connected well. I will change the whole sentence as an example.

※ If you cannot access Wi-Fi and the accuracy of GPS is low, you can't get positional information.

2. "heighten" in this case sounds very weird. I would say Accuracy of GPS is "IMPROVED"
