　部位　第2中手骨の拇指側、拇指内転筋の下際にあり。
　取穴

1　 第2、第3中足骨の間で、第3中足骨より第2中足骨に向って走っている腱を確認する。足指を屈伸すると捉えやすい。
2その腱の外縁に沿って後にずらしていく。
3 第2中足骨の外縁に最も寄った所に取る。外縁より少し外則になる。
通里
部位　手関節掌側横紋の尺側、豆状骨の上際で尺側手根屈筋腱の橈側にある。

Region: At the lower edge of adductor muscle of thumb, on the thumb side of metacarpal bone Ⅱ,

Finding the point:
1 Between metatarsal bone Ⅱ and Ⅲ, you check the tendon running toward metatarsal bone Ⅱ from metatarsal bone Ⅲ. When you bend and stretch out the toes, you can easily find the point.
2 You shift your finger backward along the outer edge of the tendon.
3 You can find it at the closest place to the outer edge of metatarsal bone Ⅱ. The place is a little bit outside of the outer edge.

Heart Meridian

Region: On the ulnar side of the palmar stripe of the wrist joint. At the upper edge of pisiform bone, and on the radial side of the tendon of ulnar flexor muscle of wrist.
