ご迷惑をおかけしました。問題の箇所を写真に撮って、こちらに送ってもらえますか？その商品は未開封の新品商品なので、初めから壊れていたものとは考えられません。おそらく、輸送中に破損したものと思われます。ＥＭＳは保障がありますので、配達業者へ商品が壊れていたということを報告してください。私からも日本の郵便局へ追跡調査を依頼します。よろしくお願いします。

いい感じの翻訳ですね。１か所だけ提案があります。あと、同じ部分なのですが、英訳が抜けている箇所がありました。

「We assume that the good is brand new and unopened, so probably it got damaged during transportation.」ですが、この文だと、「この商品は新品で未開封だと思うので、おそらく運送中に壊れたと思われます」ということになると思います。この文を「Since the product is (the goods are) brand-new and the package was unopened before the shipment, [it is quite unlikely that it had been broken from the beginning].」というようにしたらどうでしょう？ちなみに[ ]内は訳抜けしていた部分です。
