まだ、WWWが期日までに完成していないようですね。
本来、私の計画では、今月の21日にWWWが完成して、それから多少修正があったとしても、月内にはWWWが完成すると思っていました。

"When will you complete the work...?" or
"When would you be able complete the work...?"

"So would that be possible to increase..." should be "So would it be possible to increase..."
