Hello I received your email. On the listing it states you have 3 days to request for a refund and has been well over that. Also you left positive feedback which tells ebay and me you received the item you purchased and are satisfied with it. If you had not left feedback confirming you were satisfied with the item and you would of contacted me in the time frame given I would of gladly investigated the situation because you left positive feedback and some time has past we can not except the item back.
