最後の部分「性急な採用は燃焼率を増加させ、自覚のないままに崩壊と死を迎えることになるかもしれない。」は他の訳の方が自然だと思います。ビジネスのことを言っているので、「崩壊と死」よりも別の表現の方がしっくりくるのではないかと。
