Hi I received the lens back from the camera repair store and I can now put on the new filter as the old existing one hat to be cut and rotated forward and backward to remoove the old filter as it was not only cross threaded to the lens but jambed against the lenses rubberised stop with some minor issie that i can live with but the cost of the new filter Hoya pro 1 D cost $29.00 AU and the repairer billed me only $70.00, hope you will come to some arangement with me or part payment as the lens is now workable, sorry for the time but the repairer was the issue of time, I took it to the repairer under your instructions and now i hope we can arrange a workable outcome together as I know it was not your fault also
