Toaru Series共通のヒロインです。学園都市で第３位の実力の持ち主で、超電磁砲（レールガン）を使いこなします。特徴としては、かなりアクティブに動くために、スカートの下にクリーム色の短パンをはいているところでしょうか。
非常に正義感が強く、たくましいのですが、小動物やマスコットといったかわいいものが大好きという女の子らしい一面も見れますよ。ギャップ萌ですね！また、彼女は非常に人気者で、特にルームメイトであるKuroko Shiraiには「お姉様」と呼ばれ慕われています。
