この物語の主人公で、ハウンドthreeと呼ばれています。

元々はエリート監視官であったのですが、ある事件をきっかけに犯罪係数が上がってしまい、執行官へとなりました。なのでKougami Shinyaとは元同僚となります。

Shinyaとの間には、信頼し合っているのですが、ぎこちないものが垣間見えるときがあります。余談ですが、こういった関係を持つ二人は同人作家には人気ですよ。
